Christmas & New Year Shipping Notice

Due to the Christmas holiday period, our last working day before Christmas is 19 December.

Orders placed on 18–19 December, or during our holiday closure from 22 December to 4 January, will be processed, packed and dispatched after we return from the break.

We appreciate your understanding and wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

 

Warehouse Pickup (Redland Bay, QLD 4165) - Free

Place your order online or by phone call, and choose the Pickup option. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready for collection at our Redland Bay warehouse. Orders are typically ready within 2-4 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

When picking up, ensure you bring a suitable vehicle and necessary strapping to secure your load.

Courier Shipping (for smaller orders) - Costs are Variable

Whenever possible, we ship smaller items like accessories, posts, and gates through our dedicated courier service. This is the most cost-effective delivery option but is only available for smaller packages. Courier fees vary based on the products ordered and will be displayed at Checkout if available. Shipping times generally range from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location.

Local Delivery (within 50km of Brisbane) - $150 to $750

For customers within 50km of Brisbane, we offer hand delivery of your order via one of our trucks. Depending on stock availability, most orders are delivered within 4 days. The delivery fee varies by location and the size of the prodcuts from $150 to $750. We will contact you after receiving your order to confirm a delivery date.

Please note that someone must be present at the delivery site to assist the driver with unloading. If not, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional fees will apply for re-delivery.

Depot Delivery - Costs are Variable

For deliveries to SA, and WA, TAS & NT, please contact us at 07 2142 1750 for a freight quote. Interstate delivery costs list on our website are only for QLD, NSW, VIC, pls give us a call to confirm the final delivery costs if you want us to deliver to different place.

Most orders will be ready for collection from the relevant Depot within 7 business days. The Depot will notify you once your order is ready for pick-up. To avoid additional holding fees, please collect your order as soon as possible.

When collecting, make sure to bring a suitable vehicle and adequate strapping to secure your load.
