These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FENLUX website and the purchase of products from FENLUX. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. FENLUX reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion, including after payment has been made.
An order is not considered final until it has been reviewed and accepted by FENLUX.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
FENLUX reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update pricing, or cancel orders where inaccuracies occur.
3. Product Information & Accuracy
FENLUX makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, variations may occur, including minor differences in colour, finish, or dimensions.
All measurements and specifications provided are approximate and subject to manufacturing tolerances.
4. Product Selection Responsibility
FENLUX provides product information and guidance to assist customers in selecting suitable components for their projects.
If you are unsure about product compatibility or system configuration, we strongly recommend contacting our team prior to placing your order. We are happy to help review your selection and provide general guidance based on FENLUX products.

5. DIY Products & Installation
FENLUX products are supplied as DIY (Do-It-Yourself) systems unless otherwise stated.
FENLUX does not provide installation services, site-specific advice, engineering certification, or project design services. Customers are responsible for installation, compliance with local regulations, and suitability for their specific application.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond FENLUX’s control.
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information

Ensuring adequate site access

Being available to receive goods
Where delivery fails due to customer-related issues, additional delivery, redelivery, storage, or handling fees may apply.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to FENLUX’s Return & Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Products must be returned in original condition unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping, handling, and processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Project & Installation Risk
FENLUX is not responsible for:

Labour costs

Installation issues

Site-specific incompatibility
arising from incorrect product selection, measurements, installation, or third-party product use.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FENLUX’s liability is limited to:

Refund of the purchase price
FENLUX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of income, project delays, labour costs, or third-party expenses.
10. Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
Fenlux ("the Seller") provides a 10-year warranty on its aluminum fencing products against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is identified and reported within this period, the Seller, at its sole discretion, may choose to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the defective product, prorated over the remaining term of the limited warranty.

Warranty Claims Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must submit clear photographs and/or video evidence of the defective product, along with a description of the issue, via email to admin@fenlux.com.au. The Seller will review the claim and respond promptly. The Seller reserves the right to request additional information, inspect the goods, and, in certain cases, conduct an on-site inspection.

Conditions:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not apply to clearance or discontinued items. For hardware products, the warranty will be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer.
The Seller's liability under this warranty is limited and does not cover freight, labor costs for the removal or repair of defective items, installation of replacement items, personal injury, loss of income, or any other indirect or consequential losses resulting from the defective product.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

The buyer's failure to properly maintain the product.

Fair wear and tear.

Accidents or acts of God.

Scratching, abrasion, chipping, or misuse.

Chemical exposure, salt, or environmental damage.

Normal weathering within industry standards.

Improper installation or alterations.

Manufacturer's Tolerance:
All products are subject to an acceptable manufacturer’s tolerance of +/-3mm.
By purchasing products from Fenlux, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this warranty policy.
11. Third-Party Products & Compatibility
FENLUX does not guarantee compatibility with products sourced from other suppliers.
Any advice provided in relation to third-party products is general in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of performance or compatibility.
12. Customer Conduct
FENLUX is committed to providing a respectful and professional service environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or cease communication with customers who engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff.
13. Promotion Terms – "$80 Off Your Purchase"
Promotion Eligibility
This promotion is valid for online purchases only.
To qualify, the purchase subtotal must be equal to or exceed AUD $900 after discounts but before taxes and shipping.
Discount Value and Usage
This promotion provides a one-time AUD $80 discount.
The discount is non-transferable and cannot be split across purchases.
Only one discount per customer, account, or household.
Promotion Period
This offer is valid from [2024.11.06].
The discount will expire if not redeemed within this period.
Additional Terms
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
It cannot be redeemed for cash or used for gift cards.
If returns reduce order value below threshold, the discount will be voided.
