Create a clean vertical frontage with a FENLUX DIY aluminium picket fence panel. This modular fencing system is suitable for modern front fences, side boundaries and selected light commercial projects across Australia.
The panel is supplied as a flat-pack DIY kit and can be adjusted during assembly to suit the required finished width. Matching pedestrian gates, sliding gates, aluminium fence posts and accessories are available for coordinated fencing projects.
This panel may suit your project if you need:
The aluminium rails and pickets can be shortened onsite, allowing the finished panel width to be adjusted to suit the measured opening between posts. This is useful when post spacing or final site measurements differ slightly from the original project plan.
Components can be shortened but cannot be extended. Confirm the opening width, fence height and post positions before cutting or assembling the panel.
This aluminium picket fence panel is available with either screw fixing or rivet fixing. Select the assembly method that best suits your project and preferred installation process.
The screw-fix version uses screws to secure the pickets to the rails. The rails and pickets do not contain the same pre-drilled rivet fixing positions, providing greater flexibility when selecting where components are shortened onsite.
The rivet-fix version has pre-drilled rivet holes in the rails and pickets. If the panel needs to be shortened, plan the cut within a gap section wherever possible to avoid leaving an unused pre-drilled hole exposed near the finished edge.
Cutting position should be planned before assembly. Review the relevant assembly instructions and product measurements before making permanent cuts.
This product is supplied as a DIY fence panel kit and requires assembly. FENLUX provides assembly guidance and video support to help customers understand the panel construction and fixing process.
Assembly may be completed by customers with suitable tools and practical DIY experience. Site installation is a separate stage and depends on the fence layout, post foundations, ground conditions and selected fixing method. Professional installation may be appropriate where the site requires additional preparation or structural work.
Combine this picket fence panel with matching FENLUX products to create a consistent design across the property frontage. Compatible options include aluminium fence posts, pedestrian gates and driveway gates in the same vertical picket style.

No. The supplied components can be shortened but are not designed to be extended. Select a panel configuration that is at least as wide as the required finished opening.
Screw fixing secures the pickets using screws and allows more freedom when choosing a cutting position. Rivet-fix panels have pre-drilled rivet holes in the rails and pickets, so onsite cuts should preferably be made within a gap section to avoid exposing unused holes.
